Return Process

  Log into your Rezoni account, navigate to your order history, and click the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
